This entry-level course provides you with a solid understanding of the foundations of leadership. At the end of the course, you will be armed with the skills and knowledge required for professional management. You will be able to differentiate between different leadership styles, communicate confidently and get an overview of decision-making and problem-solving skills. Explore is flexible to suit your academic journey, with five mentoring sessions and a community to share your progress.
Stage Two: Navigate

Created especially for early-career leaders, it connects the fundamentals of leadership with a deep understanding of leadership models, scenarios and behaviours essential in developing your skills, your colleagues and your organisation.
This stage includes seven mentoring sessions and offers flexible learning opportunities alongside a community to keep you on track.
Stage Three: Pioneer

– A seasoned professional in a new leadership role that affects change in your school or organisation.
– An ambitious team leader looking to start something new or their next professional challenge.
Our final core course focuses on consolidating and improving leadership excellence. A flexible yet comprehensive twelve-session mentoring schedule provides you with a toolkit of skills and strategies to enhance your effectiveness as a key player in people and project management. It covers topics such as spearheading change, constructive team communication and advancing your leadership profile.
In addition to our leadership development programmes, we also offer courses on employability skills to help you along your journey – including active listening and sharpening your presentation skills – integral for leading successful teams.
